This easy knitting pattern is a great way to start knitting cables, and it includes instructions on cabling without a cable needle.

Finished Size:
18", 22"

Gauge:
4.5 sts/1" in stockinette stitch for worsted weight
3 sts/1" in stockinette stitch for chunky weight

Yarn:
200 yards of worsted weight OR 150 yards of chunky weight

Needles:
16" circular and double-pointed needles — Size 8 for worsted weight
OR Size 10.5 for chunky weight
